Create a Support Case
- Log in to Salesforce, then go to the Help andTraining page.
- In the Support & Services section, click .
- Select your support topic and category.For example, if your issue is related to Work.com, click Sales Cloud | Work.com.
- Select a question that relates to your issue.
- If you don’t find the solution to your problem, click Create aCase.
- Enter case details and click Submit.Note To attach related files, click Attach a File after the caseis created.
