1. Click the Admin tab from the navigation bar.
2. Click Send Management.
3. Click Send Classification.
4. Click Create.
5. Complete the information in the Properties section:Name - Use this value to identify the send classification in Marketing CloudExternal Key - Use this value to identify the send classification in an API callDescription - Use this field to further describe the purpose of the send classification in Marketing Cloud
6. Name - Use this value to identify the send classification in Marketing Cloud
7. External Key - Use this value to identify the send classification in an API call
8. Description - Use this field to further describe the purpose of the send classification in Marketing Cloud

Choose a valid value for the CAN-SPAM Classification:CommercialTransactional - If you select a Transactional classification, a checkbox labeled Honor source and publication list level opt outs appears. Transactional sends do not check these lists for subscription status during a send by default. However, choosing this box excludes all subscribers who opted out of sends or clicked Spam in email clients.

12. Choose a sender profile and delivery profile to associate with the send classification.
13. Choose the Send Priority. The email you associate with this send classification performs based on the selected send priority:Normal - Send performs at a normal paceLow - The send does not receive priority and may take longer than normal to performHigh - Prioritizes this send above other sends, if your account is enabled for this feature

17. Click Save.
