1. Do one of the following.If you’re using Lightning Experience, click Create PDF, and then choose a template from the dropdown list.If you’re using Salesforce Classic, click the Create PDF dropdown list, and then select a template from the Recent Templates list, or click Choose Template and search for the template that you want to use.
2. If you’re using Lightning Experience, click Create PDF, and then choose a template from the dropdown list.
3. If you’re using Salesforce Classic, click the Create PDF dropdown list, and then select a template from the Recent Templates list, or click Choose Template and search for the template that you want to use.
4. Generate a preview by clicking Create PDF.
5. Save the PDF to the Quote PDFs related list byclicking Save to Quote. The PDF name is the quotename plus a version number, such asAcmeQuote_V1.
