1. In Salesforce Classic, click on Create Household below the patient’s name. Then in Lightning Experience, click + Add Household and then click + New Household.
2. Select the Household account record type, and click Continue.
3. For Account Name, enter the name of the household.
4. Enter the rest of the information that your organization uses. For a description of the account fields, see Account Fields.
5. Once done, save your work.
6. Eventually navigate back to the Household tab and add the household.
