Create a Custom DocuSign Subject Line
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Translation Workbench, and then select Translation Settings.
- Under Custom Labels, and select email_subject.
- Set the Language field to your language.
- For Translation Text, enter the subject line text you want followed by{0}. {0} is a placeholder for the title that users enter in the Document Name field on the Generate Document page.For example: you can change the subject line to Please sign this agreement{0}.{0} can hold any value that the user enters on the Generate Document page. For example, let’s say you want all DocuSign documents to display the current date at the end of the subject line. You could instruct your sales reps to enter the date in the Document Name field on the Generate Document page.
- Click Save.
