1. Log in to Marketing Cloud.
2. Navigate to Email Studio and click Admin.
3. Click Account Settings.
4. Click Salesforce Integration.
5. Complete the following: Tracking User Name - Enter the user name of the Salesforce tracking user.Tracking User Password - Enter the password of the Salesforce tracking user.Confirm Tracking User Password - Reenter the password of the Salesforce tracking user.Salesforce Org ID - Click the lookup icon to use the Marketing Cloud to log in to Salesforce and look up this value.Forward to a Friend Subscriber List - Select the subscriber list to be populated with recipients who opt in via a Forward to a Friend message. To use this feature, select a subscriber list that has been created in the account inside the placeholder Forward-to-a-Friend Subscriber List.Tracking Folder for Salesforce Single Sends - Select the tracking folder to contain tracking information for emails sent to individual leads and contacts. The default is the Salesforce Single Sends folder.Tracking Folder for Salesforce Mass Sends - Select the tracking folder to contain tracking information emails sent to campaigns and reports. The default is the Salesforce Mass Sends folder.
6. Tracking User Name - Enter the user name of the Salesforce tracking user.
7. Tracking User Password - Enter the password of the Salesforce tracking user.
8. Confirm Tracking User Password - Reenter the password of the Salesforce tracking user.
9. Salesforce Org ID - Click the lookup icon to use the Marketing Cloud to log in to Salesforce and look up this value.
10. Forward to a Friend Subscriber List - Select the subscriber list to be populated with recipients who opt in via a Forward to a Friend message. To use this feature, select a subscriber list that has been created in the account inside the placeholder Forward-to-a-Friend Subscriber List.
11. Tracking Folder for Salesforce Single Sends - Select the tracking folder to contain tracking information for emails sent to individual leads and contacts. The default is the Salesforce Single Sends folder.
12. Tracking Folder for Salesforce Mass Sends - Select the tracking folder to contain tracking information emails sent to campaigns and reports. The default is the Salesforce Mass Sends folder.
13. Click Save.
