1. Click Content.
2. Click simple automated emails.
3. Check the box next to the email you are configuring.
4. Click Configure.
5. Complete the following fields:Send To: Select which subscriber lists to send to.Subscriber Date Attribute: Select the date the email is sent. For example, for a birthday email, select your birth date attribute.Send Date and Time: Select the date and time of when you want the email send. For example, you can send a birthday email at 8:00 a.m. on a subscriber's birthday.Recurrence: Select how often the email is sent.Send this email every year on this date:This option sends an email to the subscriber every year on thedate of the event. In other words, the system sends an emailevery day to the subscribers who match the date attribute. Ifyou're sending a birthday email, for example, the system sendsan email every day to the subscribers whose birthdays are onthat date. Send this email one time only: Thisoption sends only one email to the subscriber on themonth/date/year of the event. So if you're sending an upcomingappointment email, for example, the system only sends one emailto every subscriber and never repeat. End Date: If your automated email send never ends, select No end date. If this email send has an end date, specify that date in the field.

10. Send this email every year on this date:This option sends an email to the subscriber every year on thedate of the event. 12. End Date: If your automated email send never ends, select No end date. If this email send has an end date, specify that date in the field.
13. Click Start.
