1. From Setup, enter Profiles in the Quick Find box, then select Profiles.
2. In the Profiles list page, do one of the following:Click New Profile, then select an existing profilethat’s similar to the one you want to create.If enhanced profile list views are enabled, clickClone next to a profile that’s similar to the oneyou want to create.Click the name of a profile that’s similar to the one you want tocreate, then in the profile page, click Clone. A new profile uses the same user license as the profileit was cloned from.
3. Click New Profile, then select an existing profilethat’s similar to the one you want to create.
4. If enhanced profile list views are enabled, clickClone next to a profile that’s similar to the oneyou want to create.
5. Click the name of a profile that’s similar to the one you want tocreate, then in the profile page, click Clone.
6. Enter a profile name.
7. Click Save.
