1. Open the account, contact, or lead you want to check.
2. In the action menu, select Check for New Data.
3. Look at the status of each rule. Compare the field values from the data service to the values in Salesforce by clicking Update.
4. If the records are in sync, you can confirm the values.If the records are different, select the values you want and click Confirm, or decline all the data service values and leave the record unchanged.Data in your Salesforce records is never overwritten, except geocodes. If a data service record contains a value and the field in the corresponding Salesforce record is blank, the blank field is filled in.Salesforce records that are updated automatically are shown as last modified by Data.com Clean.When editing a record, if you change one or more fields that a data service uses for matching, the record is updated after you save it.If a data service record matched to a Salesforce record becomes unavailable, the data service record is labeled Inactive.The record’s status is updated.Certain data integration rules don’t show youfield values to compare.
