Change Post Attributes
- Click the post in a column, or select multiple posts in the same column or across multiple columns.
- Select either Commented, closed, Resolved, no further action required, or Reviewed, closed, no engagement required status. Once a status is selected, the post appears gray in the column.
- Set a priority.
- Click Unassigned for Assignment and either enter the name of the new assignee or select the desired name. Note The newly assigned person receives an email that they have a post assignedto them. If they are logged in to Social Studio Mobile, they also receive apush notification on their phone.
- Select either a positive, neutral, or negative sentiment, enter a justification for the sentiment and then click Submit Adjustment.
- Choose a classification. Note If you are a Super User or Admin-only user, you can create classificationstypes.
- Assign one or more Post Labels. Note If selected in Admin settings, a Super User or Admin-only User can enablefull and basic users to add a post and author labels. You can assign anunlimited number of labels.OptionsSteps to followLabel doesn't existThe entry will appear with Create New appearing after the term.
