Case Deflection
- Select the Case Deflection component in the page you’re configuring.
- In the property editor, configure properties forthe component:PropertyDetailsGeneral SettingsClick to expand.TitleText that displays above suggested articles and discussions. The default is Need Answers Fast?. SubtitleSubtitle displayed above suggested articles and discussions. The default is Find what you need here.. Maximum Suggestions to DisplayMaximum suggested articles and discussions to display. The default is 6.Empty State ContentClick to expand. Topic IDUse the dropdown menu to set a specific topic to show before community users start entering text in the Contact Support Form component. If you leave this field empty, the component displays trending topics.Content TypesClick to expand.ArticlesSelect to include articles in suggestions.DiscussionsSelect to include discussions in suggestions.Deflection MetricsClick to expand. Data gathered in this section can be viewed in the Case Deflection Dashboard, available as part of the Salesforce Community Management Package, available on the AppExchange.Ask users if they’re satisfied with the suggested contentUsers decide whether the suggested articles and discussions helped solve their case.Satisfaction PromptPrompt asking users if they’re satisfied with suggestions.
