1. Access the settings for the workspace.
2. Select Publish Macros.
3. Either create a macro or select an existing macro.Note To create a macro, you must be a Super User.Macros can perform these actions:Apply the same post labels on a consistent basis or to multiple posts at the same time.Publish to multiple social accounts.Set-up macros that target specific regions so you can publish localized content to Facebook pages in the area. Reduce errors on content creation.Improve reporting results and ease of use for new users.
4. Apply the same post labels on a consistent basis or to multiple posts at the same time.
5. Publish to multiple social accounts.

7. Reduce errors on content creation.
8. Improve reporting results and ease of use for new users.
9. Select Auto-Apply to new posts.When a new post is created, the macro applies those conditions.
10. Click Save.
