1. From Marketing Cloud, click Welcome .
2. Click Administration.
3. Click Users.
4. To assign the Distributed Sending role, select the checkbox next to the username.
5. Click Manage Roles.
6. Click Edit Roles.
7. Select the checkbox for Distributed Sending User.These permissions are enabled for the user:Salesforce Marketing Cloud > Contacts = Allow Salesforce Marketing Cloud > General > Access = Allow Email > Content = Allow Email > Subscribers = Allow Email > Interactions = Allow Email > Tracking = Allow Email > Shared Folders = Allow Distributed Sending > General > Access = AllowIf adding Approvals, the user needs these permissions:For Approval Requester: No permission settings required. For Approval Approvers: Turn on these permissions. Approvals > Approve and Decline = AllowApprovals > Bypass Approval = Allow
8. Salesforce Marketing Cloud > Contacts = Allow
9. Salesforce Marketing Cloud > General > Access = Allow
10. Email > Content = Allow
11. Email > Subscribers = Allow
12. Email > Interactions = Allow
13. Email > Tracking = Allow
