Assign SOS Licenses to Agents
- From Setup, enter Users in the QuickFind box, then select Users.
- Select the user that you want to assign an SOS license to.
- Click Permission Set License Assignments.
- Click Edit Assignments.
- Check the Enabled checkbox for SOSUser.
- Click Save.
