Assign Close Conversation Permission Through a Permission Set
- In Setup, enter Permission Sets in the QuickFind box, then click Permission Sets in your results.
- Open the permission set you plan to use.
- Open System Permissions.
- Select Close Conversation Threads.
- Assign the permission set to the community members who will close community posts, questions, and polls.
