Steps to Complete
- Log into your Apple developer account.
- Navigate to the Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles section.
- Click "All" under the Certificates panel on the left then click the Plus icon to create a new iOS certificate.
- From this page, select a certificate type: Development certificates do not allow publishing to stores but are useful if you wish to install and test the app on your device. Select "iOS App Development" to create a testing certificate. A production certificate (a.k.a. distribution certificate) is required if you want to publish your app to stores. Depending on your developer account type, there are two different options for production certificates: App Store and Ad Hoc : This option is visible for users with an Individual developer account type. Select "App Store and Ad Hoc" to create a distribution certificate. In-House and Ad Hoc : This option is visible for users with an Enterprise developer account type. Select "In-House and Ad Hoc" to create a distribution certificate.

- After selecting the certificate type that is best for your situation. Click "Next", and follow Apple's instructions for creating, uploading, and approving a certificate request. You will then see it available for download in the Certificates section.
- Download the new certificate and install it onto your keychain. To do this, click "Download" to download the certificate onto your Mac computer then double-click on the file.
- Open your Downloads folder then right-click on the file and select "Keychain Access" from the Open With menu to install the certificate into your Keychain. You should now see the certificate in the Keychain application:
- Export the certificate in .p12 format by right-clicking the certificate's name via the Keychain list and selecting "Export…" from the menu.
- From the Export File dialog, enter a name for the certificate and then select "Personal Information Exchange (.p12)" as the file format.
- Click "Save" to save the file to your local file system.

Setting up SugarPredict
- Go to Admin > Studio > {Leads or Opportunities} > Layouts > List view.
- Locate the Prediction field which may be located in the Default, Available, or Hidden field lists.
- Click and drag the field to the desired location which determines the order of the columns that appear in the list view.
- Click Save & Deploy.
Ideal Customer Profile Alignment
- This lead is similar to leads that convert 72% of the time : This is a direct comparison of the current, open lead to all your company's closed leads. SugarPredict detects similarities using the firmographic data (i.e., industry, location, size, status/structure, and performance) and conversion data collected from Sugar (e.g., lead source, Sugar Market score) and calculates the percentage of those similar leads that have either converted or have been marked as a dead lead. For example, your company has 1,000 closed leads and the lead record you are viewing is similar to 100 of them, 72 of which have converted and 28 have been marked dead.

Troubleshooting Firewalls with Updates and License Validation
- Go to Admin > System Settngs.
- Confirm that Use Proxy Server is checked.
- Check that the Proxy Host, Port, and Authentication are set correctly.
Users List View
- Select This Page : Selects all records shown on the current page of user results.
- Select All : Selects all records in the current search results including all pages of user results.
