1. Switch to Engage.
2. Find the column containing the post you want to apply the macro.
3. To open the Post Inspector, click the post.
4. In Post Inspector, click the macro.
5. To show the details of the macro, click next to the macro. The macro runs on the selected posts. Note If the macro applies to more than one post, select theapplicable posts: Shift-select selects a range of posts next to each other.Control-select selects posts that aren't next to each other. You can select posts in multiple columns. Clicking into the macro presents the option to perform each macro option individually or perform the entire macro.
