1. In Safari, select the Appearance menu item in Preferences from Safari, as shown:
2. Select your other language from Default Encoding dropdown.
3. Close the Appearance dialog.
4. In Firefox, click Options from the Tools menubar to open Options, as shown:
5. Click Choose from the Languages section under the Advanced tab.
6. Select your preferred language from the Languages dialog.
7. Click Ok.
