1. Choose Control Panel from Start and select Regional and Language Options, as shown:
2. To select keyboard language settings, click Details.
3. Click checkboxes to ensure that all languages are installed, as shown from the Languages tab: Note Have you OS Install CD handy if you are prompted to install.
4. To set the formatting options, set the locale from Regional Options tab. Do not change the information in the Location textbox.
5. Click Apply; then click OK.
