1. To do so, from Setup in Lightning Experience, enter Apps in the Quick Find box, then select App Manager.
2. Then click on the dropdown next to the console app your want to add Omni-Channel to. Once done, click Edit.
3. Under Utility Bar, click on Add.
4. Click on Omni-Channel.
5. Click on Save.
6. Click on Done.
