Add the Olark Connector


  1. Navigate to Admin | Connectors and click + Create New Connector.
  2. Click Olark.
  3. Enter your Olark ID.
  4. (Optional) To create a prospect when visitors enter their email in a pre-chat survey, select Make Prospects from the Pre-Chat Survey. Pre-chat surveys are configured in Olark.
  5. Save the connector.
