Add the GoToWebinar Connector
- Navigate to Admin | Connectors and click + Create New Connector.
- In the Webinars section, click GoToWebinar.
- Enter your GoToWebinar username. This user must be a GoToWebinar organizer.
- (Optional) Deselect Create prospects in Pardot if they don’t exist.Note When you disable this setting, Pardot doesn’t create prospects from GoToWebinarregistrants. Pardot creates prospects if you use Pardot forms and completion actions forregistration. This setting is not retroactive, so if you later enable it, Pardot doesn’tcreate prospects from previous events.
- Select a campaign.
- Click Create Connector.
- After the connector saves, click Verify Now.
