1. Add the Additional Documents related list and the Notes & Attachments related list to your template section’s page layout.
2. Go to the quote template where you want to include a PDF.
3. Choose a template section and then click Include Document.
4. Choose the PDF you want to include.When sales reps create a quote document that includes this section, they see the PDF where you included it.
5. To include publicly accessible documents, click New AdditionalDocument in the Additional Documents related list.Important Salesforce CPQ does not support including publicly accessible documentsif they’re already in a customer’s Salesforce org.
