Add Live Agent to the Console in Lightning Experience
- From Setup in Lightning Experience, enter Apps in the Quick Find box, then select App Manager.
- Click the dropdown next to the console app you want to add Live Agent to, then clickEdit.
- If your console doesn’t have the Omni-Channel utility, go to Utility Bar and add it.
- Under Selected Items, add Live Chat Transcripts to the Selected Items list.
- Under Assign to User Profiles, select the profiles you want to add to this console.
- Click Save.
- Click Done.
