Add Cisco Spark Components to Records with the Lightning AppBuilder
- If you added a Cisco Spark Conversation component, select it on the canvas (1).
- In the Properties pane, select the email field that Cisco Spark for Salesforce uses to determine a user’s presence (2).Note While it’s supported for nearly all standard and custom objects supported in Lightning Experience, the Cisco Spark Conversation component works best on pages that represent a person, such as a contact or lead.
