Add and Manage Contact Roles in Lightning Experience
- Click Add Contact Role in the Contact Roles related list of a opportunity or contract.
- Click the contact field to select a contact or person account. Optionally, click New Contact to create a contact.
- Select a role for the contact. If you don’t select a role, the contact is still added to the Contact Role related list and can be edited later.
- Optionally, designate a primary contact for the record.
- Save your changes.
- Keep the record’s contact roles up to date by editing and deleting them as needed.
