Add a Skype for Salesforce Component to Records with the Lightning AppBuilder
- Navigate to a record of the type that you want to add the Skype for Salesforce component to.For example, navigate to a Contact record.
- Click | Edit Page.
- Drag the Skype for Salesforce component to where you want it to appear on the page.
- If a page has more than one type of email field, select the email field that Skype for Salesforce uses to determine a user’s presence.
- Click Save.Hang on, you’re not done yet! To make your customized record page available to your Lightning Experience users, you must activate it. You can activate the page from the Save dialog when you save it for the first time or later using the Activation button.
